The ITB1RX is an advanced single-line test bench for Common Rail injectors. The unit is equipped with two XHM measurement systems (simultaneous measurement of dose and overflow). It can handle all injection systems, including Heavy Duty injectors. The ITB1RX/ITB4RX test benches are available with either an air-cooled or water-cooled (requires connection to the water supply) cooling system.

  • Using devices from the ITB1RX / ITB4RX series, it is possible to generate new codes for Bosch (IMA, ISA), Delphi (C2i, C3i, C4i), Denso (QR Code), CAT, Daf Smart Injector, John Deere, and Siemens/VDO/Continental (IIC) injectors
  • It is possible to perform a regeneration procedure on the piezoelectric element in Bosch, Denso, and Siemens/VDO injectors
  • A comprehensive database for all types of electromagnetic and piezoelectric injectors: Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens/VDO/Continental
