Among these are nozzles with usage for Bosch and Continental injectors.

The introduction of new launches presents many challenges, in terms of design,
technology and production, especially for such a demanding product as the PDLLA150PM0032 nozzle.

Challenges in commissioning the PDLLA150PM0032 nozzle include:

• implementation of 98 new tooling designs
• purchase of a ‘Posalux’ electric drill for hollowing out spray holes
• performing additional grinding operations
• increased grinding time, which in turn significantly increased the production process
• prolonging the process of preparing control and measuring tools, cutting tools, process parameters [up to approx. 11 months].
