The Mega Tester V4 from OPENSYSTEM – WEST is a device for checking the parameters of piezo diesel injectors.
Usage
The device makes it possible to measure:
- resistance of the piezo stack
- piezoelectric stack capacitance
- insulation resistance
- clearance between the piezo actuator and the valve tappet.
Operation
The device can be controlled via a computer, via a USB cable connection or using Bluetooth.
It is also possible to operate the device in manual mode – using the buttons available on the front panel.
The built-in battery makes the device portable and autonomous, so it can be used directly on the vehicle.
